✓Work delivered is completely unrelated to the agreed brief
✓You cancel your order before any work has commenced

When You Are Eligible for a Partial Refund

◐Work has been partially completed at the time of cancellation
◐Delivery was significantly later than agreed

When Refunds Are Not Available

✗Work has been fully delivered and accepted by you
✗Refund is requested after 14 days from delivery date
✗The issue is caused by incomplete or inaccurate instructions provided by you
✗You have already received free revisions that addressed the original concerns
